Shipping Policy

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please note that some orders may ship from multiple locations and arrive in separate packages.

Return Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Home and Hound Haven. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at your store email with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalized items, and items marked as final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right!
